This schedule is tentative. The four phases, the weekly rhythm and the session count are fixed. Exact dates and times are finalised on 20 July 2026, once every participant has submitted their milestones through the portal, so the sessions can be weighted toward what the cohort is actually building rather than running a generic curriculum.
